I missed poker night; sorry guys. Instead, I had dinner w/ Cat (cute blonde neighbor). I cooked soysage w/ tahini sauce and gemelli pasta. That was followed by a peach Chardonnay and (Cat made this) ice cream w/ raspberries and amaretto sauce (yum!). Great conversation, as always.

What a great way to unwind after a long news-filled day (see post below). I handed back exams and there was some mild grumbling, but not nearly the mutinous hyena stampede from Tuesday. Over all, not too bad.

I decided to dress up just a tad today. I'm going to start doing that more often, so look out Kalamazoo! I wore a sharp white shirt w/ a silk green variated tie. In keeping w/ my oh-so-casual nonchalance, I wore a thin but warm merino henley.
