Reading hate mail can be interesting. I wonder why people waste their time writing such drivel. Of course, if you post such trash (and anonymously) on my blog, one wonders why. If you don't like me, why bother reading my personal diary day in day out? Obsession, perhaps? Or maybe you didn't realize that I can track IP numbers?

I think I read a post from the lunatic - the person managed to post once before getting deleted. She seems pretty screwed-up. (To use the PSY term of art.)

ps. This is the only problem with weblogs - they provide access to otherwise unwelcome loonies. I have bad stories about this aspect of weblogging, and henceforth carefully vet everything I post.

Yes, it's a definite downside of blogging. I find it ironic that while I am as honest as I can about what I think, feel, believe and write using my real name, that people would attack me anonymously. It's happened before, and to lots of my blogging friend, of course. And since I'm not trying to win an international popularity contest, I don't care who likes/dislikes me. Just wish they'd be rational about it.

Hey, at least you have people reading your weblog. I think I have five or six people at the most. And I don't think any of them are the woman from the Match.com photo. Or Shania.

Yes, LOL. The downsides of internet fame. I wonder if I also have a fan club? Or just a hate club. What irritates me most, of course, are the spam comments — the ones that want to sell Viagra or links to porn sites. Those are a true pain.

I think it's a quid pro quo situation with weblogs, Duane. The more u comment on other people's weblogs, the more people will notice that u actually exist!
Do u bother to comment on other weblogs?

Well, I only comment on the weblogs I read, which are yours, Steph, Nenad's, Mel's, Miguel's, and Tom's.
