Apartment hunting

Thanks to several of my friends (esp. Bret) who've volunteered to help me find an apartment in Kalamazoo. I've found quite a few on Western's OCL database, but even more on Trident's website.

So far my top favorites include 121 Elm & 319 N. Burdick.

As difficult as finding an apartment is long distance, it's even more difficult when you have two cats. But thanks to friends & internet, it's not so daunting. And I'm sure I'll be back into my Kalamazoo casual nonchalance in no time.

Once I'm back in the US, I'll start shopping for furniture & household items (always fun). I'm already making a list (I love lists). I'm also hoping abuelito (who'll be visiting & was a master carpenter) will help me restore my Danish chair.

i saw that 319 N. Burdick space the other day and thought it was perfect for you. my little bro lives above the Blimpie on the mall (Burdick & South) and it's a really cool apt.
