Advice?

OK. Now that I'm on Sprint, I figure I might as well get a Palm-powered phone. So. The toss up right now's between Palm's Treo 600 or Samsung's SPH-i500.

Advantage Treo: Includes a digital camera (0.3 megapixels), memory expansion slot (SD, same as my digital camera).

Advantage i500: Smaller size (1.0" shorter, 0.3" narrower, 0.1" thinner), slimmer keypad.

Both cost the same ($450). Neither has integrated Bluetooth. Both would let me check POP email & the web (no more lugging my laptop around everywhere I go). I'm looking to make the purchase in a month or two.
