Memorial Day Weekend 08
We had a fun Memorial Day weekend in South Bend. Enjoy the photos.

Saturday May 24th, 2008. We went to the Potawatomi Park Zoo in South Bend. It is across the street from my work and next to a water park that we will try out on another summer visit.
At the Zoo... Novi liked to use the map to get us around.	The zoo had nice easy to read plaques for each exibit.	Sleeping..

They had a cool butterfly exibit.	Novi learning about butterflies.	Some of them would even land on you.
Saturday May 24th, 2008. Later on Saturday we went to a local park on the river. We fed the some Canadian Geese, grilled hot dogs, and played until it got late.

Sunday May 25th, 2008. We went downtown and visited the South Bend Chocolate Factory. Then we walked around downtown a little, checked out the river, and went park to the park to play.

Monday May 26th, 2008. Have to see a parade on Memorial Day so we went out to Mishawaka to watch their parade. It was a good time, then we got some chocolate chip pancakes and went back to Chicago. Great weekend!
