Quick feedback

Coming into this class I can honestly say I did not know what to expect from it. And although it has not come easy, learning some of these fallacies is becoming quite interesting. Actually picking logical fallacies out of someone's argument in this fisking paper assignment puts it in perspective a lot better for me. I guess its just interesting that so called political "experts", can be wrong too.
-Now if I could only do better on the quizzes-

that is just it...one must search for the truth because it is not going to be handed to you on a silver platter. This class has been for the lack of better words interesting. The paper has for me at least proven to be difficult, but what can I say I like difficult.

I think that I am getting a hold of the material now that I am focusing so much concentration on the paper. Doing this fisking with so many different arguments to find the perfect one for the paper has helped. Taking the class material and applying it on my own outside of class has been the difference for me.

I am still having a hard time finding a good article to fisk, but it is interesting reading through an article now and picking out the fallacies in all of them.

There is a lots of joy fisking an argument and tearing it apart, but if we can pause for a moment and think about this, everything that we say or write can be fisked in the same manner, if not worse, and that does not feel entertaining.
