Citation Question?

Quick question - I'm polishing up my paper and just realized one of my sources is a Draft Copy of a desertion and states not to be cited without author's consent... This just might be a problem. I have already referenced it within my paper. Any suggestions or does anyone know if this source can be properly cited? Any help would be appreciated - thanks.

Politics & economics?

After reading about Mexico, and the book's proposition that NAFTA (free trade) may have encouraged democratization, do you think there is a relationship between economic development and democracy? Keep in mind the experience of the ABC countries & Peru.

If you think there is a relationship, what does this say about Cuba (or other countries)?

If there is no relationship, why do you think that is?

Wow.

Granted, It's not a Latin-American country, but I find this a very ballsy article considering the immense amount of lives the Tsunami took. Either way--

Google Scholar

If some of you are having trouble finding sources, you may want to try Google Scholar, which is a Google-powered search engine that specifically searches through academic articles. You can use the same kind of search strings used in Google, to see if you can find articles on your country & topic.
