BATHROOM
The
bathroom was bland and had a scary shower curtain up. Who carpets
a bathroom? |
These
curtains were on sale, and matched the shower curtain I brought
perfectly. Some matching towels, and the contrasting ones in my
new favorite towel color, "Angel Hair", and rugs! |
MASTER
BEDROOM |
The
room's light cream walls did not need painting, and the mirror closest
doors are cool. |
Navy
Blue is my favorite color, with some cool striped sheets and navy
curtains I had... whole new room. |
The
blinds did not match, and the cream and brown theme in the house
needed some help. |
Navy
dresser drawers and my wood chair livened the room up a little.
OFFICE
The
third bedroom was very small, and has an even smaller closet. |
It
made a perfect office. Posters, my desk, and the closet serves as
my clothes over flow area. |
GUEST
/ NOVALI's ROOM |
The
second bedroom would serve as a guest/Novali bedroom. |
So
the room has the best of both worlds... pink walls for Novali, my
movie posters for a more adult feel. The color is called, "Pink
Tiger", and went great with the curtains I had and my old futon. |
The
room used to be a light pink, and it was peeling and rough all over. |
The
room is a lot brighter now, and with the DVD player I am sure Novali
will be very entertained. I also got her a fun chalk board! |
STAIRCASE |
The
staircase was ugly... |
I
picked a color called "Pollen" for the walls. Put my Bolivian
flag up, and Wha La.. What a difference! |
The
staircase area had crayon on the walls, cracking plaster, and mixed
matched color trim. |
With
all the trim a solid white, and the walls all Pollen, it really
looks like a nice part of the house now instead of an eye sore. |
